Science On Wheels
Academic Opportunity of Arizona is proud to partner with the Arizona Science Center to bring life changing experiences to our students for FREE!
Over 48,000 students and teachers are impacted by the Science on Wheels programs each year. Science on Wheels has grown to include our mobile planetarium experience – Universe on Wheels and Preschool Science on Wheels – to bring programs to our littlest learners.
Science on Wheels engages people of all ages in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) experiences at your school. From large-scale Assemblies to smaller-scale Classroom Workshops, the engaging programs is sure to spark a passion for science. The in-depth, hands-on programs is well-equipped for a variety of settings and consist of grade-specific content that supports Arizona College and Career Readiness Standards and Next Generation Science Standards. Focus Field Trip
As part of our 360 commitments to providing educational experiences outside the classroom, AOA is proud to host an annual Focused Field Trip to the Arizona Science Center.
This VIP experience brings hundreds of students from our partnered schools and provides them with early access to the Science Center, along with complimentary tickets to new and exciting exhibits. This field trip aligns perfectly with our mission, providing students with an exceptional opportunity to explore and learn through hands-on experiences. Students also get a chance to show their creative side in a photo booth and enjoy a pizza party lunch under the pavilion with their friends. Learning and fun is our priority for all involved!
We are looking forward to this educational field trip and the opportunity to enhance education in a meaningful and memorable way. We hope to see you there!
